Kicking off our Senior Spotlight series with Ashley Sofilkanich!
From Patriot League Player of the Year at Bucknell to a starter at Michigan, Ashley has quite the story. With 1,000+ collegiate points under her belt, we wanted to hear about more than just basketball. The friendships, the competition, the memories, and what comes next.
“Being an athlete has made me a better person.”
“I will miss the friendships I have built and the competitive nature of games and practices.”
“Being part of a team has helped my confidence and given me a second family.”
What does Club Ralley mean to you?
“Club Ralley is a way to connect with other athletes after college athletics are done; it gives me a sense of community and that I am not alone.”
What are your plans upon graduation?
“After I graduate, I plan on taking a 5th year of college to obtain my master's degree and play another year of college basketball. After that, I hope to play professional basketball, whether that be in the WNBA or overseas.”
The game ends. The athlete doesn’t.
Ralley on. 💚
